The Butler Service: maintenance at a fixed price per month
We remain available after handover. The Butler Service keeps your home or building in top condition for a fixed monthly fee, with one point of contact.

A renovation is only truly finished when you can enjoy it without worries for years to come. That is why we started the Butler Service: a maintenance subscription with which you hand over periodic maintenance, small repairs and emergency reports.
You pay a fixed amount per month and have direct contact with our execution team. We visit at scheduled times and bring in the right tradespeople for larger jobs.
The Butler Service is there for homeowners, landlords and businesses. Read on the service page everything that is included.
